Greek fried potato pan

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 red and yellow pepper
  • 3 red onions
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 Branch rosemary
  • 4-5 Pepperoni
  • 5 TABLESPOONS small black olives with stone
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rosemary

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into 1 cm cubes and put them in water. Peel garlic and cut into cubes. Quarter peppers, clean and wash. Peel onions. Cut onions into strips, peppers into diagonal pieces.

    Drain the potatoes and dab dry. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes for about 10 minutes, turning from time to time. In the meantime, pluck the rosemary needles and chop them coarsely.

    Drain the pepperoni, clean and cut into rings. Add onions and peppers to the pan and fry for another 3 minutes. Add garlic cubes, pepperoni, rosemary and olives, season with salt and pepper and fry for about 2 minutes.

    Rub sheep's cheese over it and garnish with rosemary.
