Soak buns, squeeze. Peel and chop the onion. Knead both with minced meat, ground pork, egg, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika. Form into approx. 24 finger-long rolls. Place on an oiled baking tray
Halve the almonds lengthwise. Press on each roll as a fingernail. Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Let cool off. Serve with ketchup
