Figs and pineapple on raspberry sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 pack of (300 g) frozen raspberries
  • 1 Baby pineapple
  • 2 fresh figs
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup
  • 2 TEASPOONS Orange liqueur (alternatively grenadine)

Directions

    Remove the raspberries from the package and allow to thaw at room temperature. Clean and quarter the pineapple and cut out the eared stalk. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into pieces. Wash figs, dab dry and cut into eighths.

    Peel and slice the kiwis. Puree raspberries, lemon juice, maple syrup and liqueur. Pour the sauce onto dessert plates and arrange the fruits in a star shape. Garnish as desired with raspberries and pineapple leaves
