Apple jelly with vanilla sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized apples
  • 3/8-1/2 l apple juice
  • 3-4 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel and juice of 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS ripened cream
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 P. Sauce powder "Vanilla
  • 7-10 Tbsp (without cooking; for 1/4 F.)
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly cranberries and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Peel and quarter the apples and remove the cores. Cut off some slices for decoration as desired. Cut the rest of the flesh into small cubes. Boil up with apple juice and sugar. Add the cinnamon stick, lemon peel and juice. Simmer covered over low heat for about 5 minutes

    Stir pudding powder and 4 tablespoons of water until smooth. Stir into the apple groats and bring to the boil again. Remove the cinnamon stick

    Fill apple groats into 4 dessert glasses and let them cool down. Mix cream, milk and sauce powder until smooth. Decorate the grits with apple slices, cranberries and lemon balm. Add vanilla sauce
