Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • 2 Kakis or oranges
  • 2 kiwis, 1 large banana
  • 4 Litchis (fresh or canned)
  • 1 Baby pineapple or 1/2 pineapple
  • 1 TABLESPOON butter/margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp lemon balm, Cape gooseberries, lime or lemon slices

Directions

    Mix honey and lime juice. Peel kakis and kiwis. Cut the kakis into slices and the kakis into wedges. Peel fresh lychees. Cut pineapple into quarters, remove flesh from skin if necessary

    Peel and slice the banana. Fry in hot fat while turning until golden brown. Arrange fruit and drizzle with lime sauce. Decorate as desired
