For the BBQ sauce squeeze the juice of the lemon. Mix ketchup, paprika powder, honey, chilli, oil and 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice and season with smoked salt
Wash the chicken parts, dab dry and coat all around with the BBQ sauce. Spread the chicken pieces on an oiled baking tray. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 35-45 minutes
Remove the chicken legs from the oven and wrap a strip of parchment around the thin end, tie up with kitchen string. Arrange on a plate. Add the rest of the sauce. Delicious with baguette
