Mix mustard, salt, lime juice and honey. Add oil drop by drop. Peel garlic and onion and cut into fine cubes. Wash and clean the chilli and cut into fine rings. Stir the garlic, onion and chilli into the marinade.
Wash the legs, dab dry, spread with the marinade and chill for 3 hours. Spread the legs on the fat pan of the oven. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 40 minutes. Arrange the legs on a plate and garnish with lime wedges
