Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1-2 chilli peppers or approx. 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 600-750 g Shredded gyros style (ready seasoned)
  • 2 can(s) (850 ml each) peeled tomatoes
  • 2 TEASPOONS clear broth (instant)
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) white beans with soup greens
  • 1 glass (370 ml) Silver Onions
  • 400 g Krakow sausage or sausage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 3-4 Tbsp Whipped cream
  • 1 collar Parsley

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Wash the chilli pepper, carve lengthwise and remove the seeds. Chop the chilli pepper finely. Heat the oil in a large pot. Brown the meat in it in portions while turning.

    Add strips of paprika, chilli, tomatoes with juice and 3/4 litres of water. Chop the tomatoes slightly. Bring everything to the boil and dissolve the stock in it. Drain the beans and silverskin onions. Cook for ten minutes.

    Cut the sausage into slices and add to the stew. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add cream. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over it.
