Ingredients

  • 1/4 red, yellow and green peppers
  • 4 discs (10 g each) smoked bacon
  • 30 g Pistachio kernels
  • 2 TABLESPOONS pickled green pepper
  • 3 packages (200 g each) Double cream cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g Mandarins (canned)
  • 1 pinch Sweet peppers
  • 24 Paper praline cups

Directions

    Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Leave bacon in a hot pan without fat until crispy. Remove from the pan, let it cool down and crumble. Finely chop the pistachios. Drain pepper. Put cream cheese in a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper. Divide cream cheese into three portions.

    Stir under one portion 3/4 of the diced peppers. Mix the second cream cheese portion with 3/4 of the peppercorns and 3/4 of the bacon. Stir the mandarins into the remaining cream cheese. Form 8 balls from each of the different cream cheese masses with an ice-cream scoop (approx. 4 cm Ø) and place in paper praline cups. Sprinkle the paprika cream cheese balls with the remaining paprika cubes and dust the paprika. Sprinkle mandarin cream cheese balls with pistachios and serve remaining cream cheese balls sprinkled with the remaining bacon and peppercorns. Pumpernickel tastes good with it
