Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch Thyme
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 150 g Butter
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 25 g crushed pistachio kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground coloured pepper
  • 2 (140 g, canned) Pineapple Rings
  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Pineapple juice (canned)
  • 40 g Sesame seeds
  • 1 pack of Camembert (8 portions, 250 g)
  • 20 g sweet mustard
  • 50 g Cherry Jam
  • 7-10 Tbsp z. For example olives and pepperoni,
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grissini sticks,
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt crackers and pretzels

Directions

    For the sheep's cheese cream, peel and finely dice the onion. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems. Knead sheep's cheese, butter and cream with a fork. Knead in the onion, thyme and pistachios. Season to taste with pepper. Pour cream into a small bowl.

    Clean, wash, quarter, seed and dice the tomato. Cut basil leaves into strips. Knead cream cheese, tomato cubes and basil. Season with salt. Use an ice-cream scoop to make scoops and arrange on parchment paper. Sprinkle with coloured pepper. Cut pineapple rings into pieces. Chop walnuts. Stir cream cheese and pineapple juice until smooth. Knead pineapple and walnuts. Lightly roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat and let cool.
