Ingredients

  • 1 TEASPOON black peppercorns
  • 4 Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice

Directions

    Coarsely crush peppercorns and cloves. Let 800 ml water and spices simmer for 1-2 minutes, then let it simmer for about 3 minutes. Add honey and season with some lemon juice.
