  • 7-8 Stem(s) Sage
  • 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger

Directions

    Wash the sage and dab dry. Peel the ginger. Grate one half, cut one half into pieces and place in the pot with the sage. Pour 1 litre of boiling water over it and let it stand for about 5 minutes. If necessary, pour tea through a sieve and serve

    Tip: Tastes even better with a tablespoon of honey!
