Carve tomatoes crosswise, blanch, skin and dice. Peel and chop garlic. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Peel and quarter onions. Steam everything in the frying fat while stirring. Add olives and wine, bring to the boil. Add the rabbit pieces
Cook everything in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 45 minutes. Served with: fresh white bread
