Texas pan with crispy bacon

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 600 g small new potatoes
  • 4 discs Bacon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Steak Pepper
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 2-3 Spring onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes

Directions

    Wash potatoes thoroughly, cut in half. Cut the bacon into pieces and let it crisp in a pan. Remove. Heat oil in the bacon fat. Fry the potatoes for about 20 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper

    Clean and wash the mushrooms and spring onions. Cut spring onions into rings. Thyme wash, pluck. After about 10 minutes frying time add everything to the potatoes, fry with them

    Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half. Add to the potatoes and fry briefly. Season the Texas pan to taste, arrange with bacon. Sour Cream goes well with it

    Drink: cold beer
