Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil in water for about 20-25 minutes
Clean the beans, wash them and stew them in little boiling salted water covered with pepper for about 15 minutes. Wash parsley and chop finely, except for a little bit for garnishing.
Heat 125-200 ml water. Stir in sauce powder and bring to the boil slowly while stirring. Add butter in cubes bit by bit and let it melt. If necessary, season with salt and pepper
Drain the potatoes, rinse and peel them. Mix the potatoes with the chopped parsley. Drain the beans. Arrange potatoes, beans, ham and some sauce on a plate. Garnish with parsley. Rest of sauce extra rich
