Triple cheese potatoes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 10 Potatoes (waxy; approx. 125 g each)
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese
  • 5 discs Butter cheese in slices (à approx. 30)
  • 150 g Preparation of cream cheese with herbs from Provence
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and boil in water for about 20 minutes. Grate the parmesan. Remove the rind from the butter cheese and cut in half. Drain, rinse and peel the potatoes. Put potatoes in a greased casserole dish.

    Spread 1-2 teaspoons of cream cheese on each potato. Cover each with a slice of butter cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with oregano
