Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 small red and yellow peppers (approx. 125 g each)
  • 1 small stick of leek (leek; approx. 100 g)
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 25 g clarified butter
  • 75 g Feta cheese (German soft cheese in brine, 45 % fat in dry matter)
  • 2-3 stem(s) Thyme (or about 1/2 tsp dried thyme)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon Pepper

Directions

  1. 1

Clean and wash the peppers and leek. Cut the bell peppers into strips, leek into rings. Wash, peel and slice the potatoes. Peel garlic and also cut into slices. Heat 15 g of clarified butter in a pan and fry the potato slices for 5-8 minutes, turning them until golden brown. In the meantime cut feta cheese into cubes.

  2. 2

Wash the thyme, dab dry and chop. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Put the rest of the fat in the pan and braise the garlic and vegetables for about 5 minutes, turning them over. At the end add 4-5 tablespoons of water if necessary and let it boil down. Season with salt and pepper. Add potatoes, feta cheese and thyme to the pan and heat while turning
