Spaghetti with onion-mett in tomato-harissa-sauce

Ingredients

  • 300 g Broccoli
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 125 g Onion Malt
  • 1 can (425 ml each) chunky tomatoes
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Harissa or Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 100 g Schmand
  • 25 g grated parmesan

Directions

    Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into florets. Peel and chop the onion. Heat the oil in a large pan with a high rim. Put ground pork in coarse flakes directly into the pan and fry. Fry the onion and broccoli briefly.

    Stir in tomatoes, approx. 400 ml water and Harissa. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Break spaghetti into pieces and mix into the tomatoes. Bring to the boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Add some more water if necessary. Mix sour cream and cheese. Mix about 1 tbsp. with the noodles, add the rest.
