Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Peel, wash and chop the carrots. Roast sesame seeds, take them out. Heat oil. Steam garlic, onion and carrots for about 5 minutes. Stir in 3/8 l water and stock, bring to the boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes, puree. Stir in crème fraiche, season to taste. Wash the chervil and pluck. Sprinkle chervil and sesame seeds over it
