Ingredients

  • 50 g dried soft tomatoes
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 Shallots
  • 4 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 100 g Risoni noodles

Directions

    Finely dice the soft tomatoes. Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Peel garlic and shallots. Finely dice garlic and cut shallots into strips. Wash thyme, shake dry, remove leaves from stalks and chop.

    Heat the oil in a pan and fry the prepared vegetables for about 4 minutes while turning. Season to taste with thyme, salt and pepper. Deglaze with vinegar.

    Meanwhile, prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Pour the finished noodles into a sieve, removing 4 tablespoons of noodle water. Mix the noodles and vegetables immediately, allow to cool and pour into a sealable transport container.
