Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400-500 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 60 g Bacon
  • 4 (approx. 10 g) dried tomatoes pieces
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 100 g Olives
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Capers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 1 tin(s) (200 g) Tuna fillets in their own juice (portion: 150 g)

Directions

    Prepare spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Meanwhile, for the sauce, cut bacon and dried tomatoes into small pieces. Peel onions and cut them into fine slices.

    Heat the oil. Fry the bacon, onion slices and dried tomatoes briefly. Add canned tomatoes. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Chop the tomato pieces a little bit. Add olives and capers. Season to taste with salt, pepper and vinegar.

    Roughly chop the tuna and fold in. Arrange spaghetti and sauce in portions on plates. Astra Pils tastes good with it!
