Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Wash the limes thoroughly and grate the peel. Squeeze the limes. Bring mascarpone, stock, and lime juice and zest to the boil while stirring. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in sauce thickener and bring to the boil again. Drain noodles, quench and serve on a plate with sauce, if desired with lime wedges, lemon balm, lemon peel and pepper.
