Leek spaghetti with tomato mince cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 500 g Ground pork
  • 2 TEASPOONS dried ital. Herbs
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Stalk leek (leek)
  • 75-100 g Whipped cream
  • 3-4 Tbsp grated parmesan
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat crumbly while turning. Fry the herbs, onion and garlic briefly. Sweat tomato paste briefly. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and paprika. Deglaze with 1/8 l water and tomatoes with juice. Chop the tomatoes. Bring to the boil and simmer open for about 10 minutes

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Clean and wash the leek and cut lengthwise into strips. Add to the noodles about 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time and cook with them.

    Stir the cream into the chopped sauce, bring to the boil briefly and season to taste. Drain the spaghetti and serve with the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish if desired

    Hack is very sensitive! Therefore cool it immediately after shopping and prepare it on the same day if possible. Always cook well. You can store cooked minced meat in the refrigerator for up to 2 days
