d Cook the pasta in 2 1/2 litres of boiling salted water for about 11 minutes. Cut the sausage into slices. Peel garlic and press it through the garlic press. Heat oil in a frying pan, add Italian pan-fried vegetables deep-frozen.
Fry over a high heat, continue to cook over medium heat, turning continuously for about 2 minutes. Add sausage and garlic to the pan and mix. Deglaze the pan vegetables with cream and let them boil down briefly.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the noodles to the pan and fold in. Sprinkle the sausage pan with the cheese and serve immediately.
