Noodles in mushroom sauce with Chinese cabbage

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 thick slice (about 150 g) of cooked ham
  • 350 g Chinese cabbage
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (160 g) Noodles in mushroom sauce
  • 1 small tomato
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and chives

Directions

    Cut the ham into pieces. Clean, wash and cut cabbage into strips. Heat oil in a pan and fry the ham in it for about 1 minute. Add the cabbage and braise for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with 1/2 litre water and bring to the boil.

    Add the noodles while stirring and let it boil for about 5 minutes at medium heat. Stir occasionally. Clean, wash and seed the tomato. Cut into small cubes. Arrange noodles on a plate, sprinkle with diced tomatoes and serve garnished with parsley and chives as desired
