Ingredients

  • 2 small onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 TEASPOON Olive oil
  • 50 g Ham nuggets extra lean
  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)

Directions

    Peel onions and garlic. Cut onions into slices and garlic into slices. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop coarsely. Heat the oil.

    Fry ham, onions and garlic for about 4 minutes while turning. Meanwhile prepare the noodles in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Pour the noodles into a sieve and collect some cooking water.

    Mix the egg yolks and 8 tablespoons of cooking water. Mix noodles, egg yolk mixture and ham pan. Arrange on plates.
