Sour almond waffles with vanilla ice cream and maple syrup

Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 125 g lactose-free butter or margarine
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp pulp of 1/2 vanilla pod
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • 100 g crushed almonds
  • 125 g lactose-free sour cream
  • 125 g lactose-free milk
  • 10 (70 g each) scoops lactose-free vanilla ice cream
  • 125-150 ml Maple syrup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Whip the fat, sugar, salt and vanilla pulp with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Mix flour, baking powder and almonds. Alternately stir in sour cream and milk

    Place 1 1/2 tbsp. of each dough in the middle of a greased preheated waffle iron and bake until golden brown. Bake about 10 waffles one after the other. Serve the waffles with vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with maple syrup. Decorate with lemon balm
