Wash the potatoes, peel and cut in half. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, season with salt and pepper. In the meantime peel the skin off the sausage, cut the sausage into slices.
Clean the leek, wash it, cut it into rings and 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time add it to the potatoes with the sausage slices. Pour in the broth and bring to the boil once. Clean and wash the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan about 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Sprinkle crème fraîche with chives and place it on the pan.
