Mushroom gyros pan

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 baby onion
  • 400 g Gyros meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 red peppers
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese

Directions

    Clean the mushrooms, clean them, possibly halve them. Clean, quarter, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Peel, quarter and slice the onion. Heat the pan. Fry the gyros meat for 6-8 minutes until crispy.

    Remove, keep warm. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the mushrooms for about 10 minutes. Add onion and paprika. Season with salt and pepper and fry for another 2 minutes. Add the gyros. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls.

    Wash and clean the peppers and cut into fine rings. Grate sheep's cheese over the mushroom gyros pan. Sprinkle with chives and pepperoni.
