Kasseler on beans and tomato vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 kg detached pork chop
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 800 g Cutting beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) white Italian beans
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 125 g yellow or red cherry tomatoes
  • 1 collar Thyme

Directions

    Wash the cured pork loin and pat dry. Season with pepper. Put them on a fat pan spread with oil. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 45 minutes.

    In the meantime clean, wash and cut the beans into small pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes and drain. Rinse and drain the beans. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes.

    Halve the cherry tomatoes. Wash and chop the thyme. Add the beans, tomatoes and thyme to the fat pan about 15 minutes before the end of the frying time. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze the roast with 1/4 litre of water and braise to the end.

    Cut the roast open and serve with the vegetables.
