Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into large pieces. Mix olive oil, tomato paste and paprika. Turn the meat in it. Cover and leave to stand for about 1 hour. In the meantime, clean, wash and chop the peppers. Cut bacon into slices.
Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Peel and halve onions. Put meat, peppers, bacon, potatoes and onions alternately on skewers. Put them on a baking tray and season with salt and pepper. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 30-35 minutes. Serve with various grill sauces and fresh salad
