Oriental zucchini mince pan

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 (approx. 400 g) Courgette
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 250 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly approx. 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 30 g whole almonds with skin
  • 30 g Raisins
  • 40 g creamy yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Clean and wash the zucchini and slice or cut them into thin slices. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Fry the onion and garlic.

    Season with curry, possibly cumin and cinnamon. Add cream and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and spices. Chop the almonds roughly. Wash and drain the raisins. Add zucchini, almonds and raisins and cook for another 5 minutes. Flavour again. Serve with a blob of yoghurt. Garnish with mint.
