Smoothie to get along with

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1⁄2 ripe avocado
  • 1⁄2 Orange
  • 1 piece(s) (approx. 1,5 cm) fresh ginger (peeled)
  • 1 small apple (e.g. Elstar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 handful each of basil, mint and fresh spinach (well washed!)
  • several sheets Melissa
  • 1 glass (0.2 l) coconut water

Directions

    Cut the avocado with a sharp knife. Remove the flesh of one half of the avocado from the skin with a spoon. Peel the orange and ginger. Quarter the apple, remove seeds and cut into pieces.

    Put all ingredients in a powerful blender, the hardest ingredients first, the soft ones and the liquid last. Mix well until you have a creamy smoothie. Enjoy sip by sip.
