Fast blueberry meringue trifle

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 400 g Blueberries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Blueberry jam
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 75 g Meringue shells
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 2 packages Vanilla sugar
  • 400 g Cream preparation with gelatine (e.g. "Qimiq")

Directions

    Rinse and sort blueberries and drain well. Mix with the jam. Finely chop the chocolate. Coarsely crumble the meringue shells.

    Mix mascarpone with curd cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Whip cream until stiff and fold in. First meringue and chocolate, then briefly fold in the blueberry mixture. Pour everything into a large bowl.

    Keep cool until serving.
