Mango-Peach-Mint Spread

Ingredients

  • 300 g Peaches
  • 1 (approx. 300 g) ripe mango
  • 2 packs (185 g each) Gelling sugar for cold stirred fruit spread
  • 4 Stem(s) Mint

Directions

    Wash, halve and stone the peaches. Peel the mango and cut the flesh from stone. Dice the fruit roughly, mix with jam sugar and puree with a blender for about 1 minute.

    Wash mint, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks, chop finely and stir into the spread. Immediately pour into glasses, close tightly and chill.
