Shrimps sweet and sour

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 400 g cooked shrimps (peeled; fresh or frozen)
  • 1 can(s) (446 ml) Pineapple Rings
  • 2 Leek sticks (leek)
  • 300 g Sweet peas
  • 7-10 Tbsp or frozen peas, salt
  • 2 big tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS oil, pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 200 ml Asian sauce "sweet and sour"

Directions

    If necessary, defrost the shrimps, rinse and pat dry. Drain the pineapple and collect the juice. Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Clean, wash and cut the leek into fine strips

    Clean and wash the sugar snap peas. Steam in little salt water for 3-4 minutes, drain. Wash and dice the tomatoes.

    Peel and chop the garlic. Fry in 1 tbsp. hot oil. Fry prawns for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Take out. Add 1 tbsp. oil to the pan. Steam vegetables and pineapple for 5 minutes. Bring to the boil with 200 ml water and Asian sauce. Add the prawns and season to taste with salt, pepper and 2-3 tbsp. pineapple juice
