Peel and chop the garlic. Fry in 1 tbsp. hot oil. Fry prawns for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Take out. Add 1 tbsp. oil to the pan. Steam vegetables and pineapple for 5 minutes. Bring to the boil with 200 ml water and Asian sauce. Add the prawns and season to taste with salt, pepper and 2-3 tbsp. pineapple juice
