Garlic and Almond Salsa

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 25 g Almond kernels without skin
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 1 red chillies
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 1 TABLESPOON Red wine vinegar
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    Roast the almonds, let them cool down. Scald tomatoes, quench. Skin, remove seeds and dice. Clean, seed and wash the chillies. Peel garlic. Wash and pluck parsley.

    Finely mash everything with vinegar. Slowly stir in the oil until you have a creamy sauce. Season. Goes well with skewers and spring onions
