Bruschetta 4x different: bacon and mushrooms

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 8 Baguette slices
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 3 discs Bacon
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries

Directions

    Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the baguette slices in it until golden brown on both sides. Take them out and let them drip off on kitchen paper. Clean, clean, halve and slice the mushrooms.

    Cut the bacon slices into strips. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into diagonal rings. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, fry the bacon strips and mushrooms, add the spring onions and season to taste with salt, pepper and pink berries.

    Spread the mushroom mixture on the breads.
