Ingredients

  • 25 g roasted unsalted peanut kernels
  • 25 g crunchy oats
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS demerara sugar
  • 750 g Low-fat curd
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 100 ml Mineral water
  • 250 g Blueberries
  • 2 Bananas (approx. 125 g each)
  • 50 g Cranberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Coarsely chop the peanuts. Roast peanuts and oat flakes in a pan without fat while turning. Dust with brown sugar, mix and let caramelise briefly, take out. Mix curd, sugar, vanilla sugar and mineral water with the whisk of the hand mixer

    Select the blueberries, wash and drain well. Peel and slice the bananas. Mix the fruit with the quark, except for something to decorate. Arrange the quark in small bowls.

    Sprinkle with fruit and oatmeal-peanut mixture. Decorate with mint.
