Salad with lemon cream dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 Heads radicchio salad
  • 200 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the radicchio into strips. Select the lamb's lettuce, wash and drain well. Whip the cream lightly with the whisk of the hand mixer. Let the lemon juice drizzle in.

    Season with sugar, little salt and pepper. Mix salads, add dressing just before serving.
