Clean and wash the vegetables and cut them into sticks or florets. Steam in a little salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain. Clean and wash mushrooms
Grate the cheese roughly. Mix wine, lemon juice and starch. Boil up with the cheese while stirring until it has melted. Add cherry brandy. Peel garlic and chop finely. Brown in butter, pour over vegetables. Serve with the cheese pot
