  • 3-5 Garlic cloves
  • 2-3 Anchovy fillets (glass)
  • 2 Federation Parsley
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1/8 l olive oil, pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Peel and chop the garlic. Rinse anchovies, pat dry. Wash parsley and chop roughly. Puree everything finely together with salt. Stir in oil drop by drop. Season to taste.
