Wash the potatoes. Cook in boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Then peel them, let them rest a little, cut them in half and put them on a baking tray. Cut goat cheese into 8 slices and spread them on the potato halves. Sprinkle with rosemary and pine nuts. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 7 minutes. Then drizzle with olive oil, spread raspberries and rocket on top and serve
