Savoy cabbage clean, wash. Cut into fine strips. Peel and chop the onions. Wash parsley, chop finely.
Fry the onions in hot oil. Stir in vinegar and bring to the boil briefly. Add parsley. Pour the marinade hot over the savoy cabbage, cool.
Knead everything thoroughly. Wash, quarter, dice and add the tomatoes. Season and cover and leave to soak for at least 3 hours. Season to taste again
