Ingredients

  • 1 Bread rolls from the previous day
  • 1 medium onion
  • 150 g firm sheep's cheese
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 green olives stuffed with paprika
  • 40 little cocktail sticks
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen paper

Directions

    Soak rolls in cold water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut feta cheese into about 40 small cubes. Squeeze the bread roll well and knead it well with minced meat, egg, onion, salt, pepper, paprika and oregano. Form about 40 small balls with moistened hands, putting a sheep's cheese cube in the middle of each ball.

    Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the meatballs for 5-6 minutes, turning. Take them out of the pan, drain them on kitchen paper and let them cool down. Wash the cherry tomatoes, drain and quarter them. Spit tomato quarters on one half of the balls and olives on the other half
