Apricots in a bacon coat

Ingredients

  • 13 discs Bacon (approx. 130 g)
  • 1 (200 g, approx. 26 pieces) package ) dried, semi-soft apricots, pitted
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 Pot of fresh basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen paper

Directions

    Halve the bacon slices and wrap half a slice around each apricot. Heat oil in a frying pan and place the bacon apricots in the pan with the seam side down first. Fry until crispy while turning and drain on kitchen paper. Wash the basil, dab dry and remove the small leaves. Garnish each apricot with a leaf
