  • 1 small onion
  • 125 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tabasco
  • 4 Cornichons
  • 4 Capers
  • 7-10 Tbsp some silverskin onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

    For the tartar appetizers, peel and finely dice the onion. Mix minced meat with onion and egg yolk and season with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Spread on 4 slices of bread and garnish with gherkins, capers, silver onions and parsley. Arrange on a plate
