- 125 g Beefsteak minced meat
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 7-10 Tbsp Salt
- 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
- 7-10 Tbsp Tabasco
- 4 Cornichons
- 4 Capers
- 7-10 Tbsp some silverskin onions
- 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

For the tartar appetizers, peel and finely dice the onion. Mix minced meat with onion and egg yolk and season with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Spread on 4 slices of bread and garnish with gherkins, capers, silver onions and parsley. Arrange on a plate
