Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch Chives and dill
  • 4 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 2 (100 g each) curled strips
  • 7-10 Tbsp some basil leaves

Directions

    Wash the herbs and chop finely. Whisk eggs, season with salt and pepper and stir in the herbs. Heat the fat in a pan and let the egg mass falter. Spread the scrambled eggs over 4 slices of bread.

    Cut the curled strips into pieces and place them on top. Garnish with basil.
