Semolina slices with berries

Ingredients

  • 75 g frozen berries (for example raspberries, currants, strawberries)
  • 6 tablespoons (60 ml) Milk
  • 2 (30 g) go. tablespoon semolina
  • 7-10 Tbsp some splashes more liquid
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweetener
  • 1/8 l Cherry fruit juice drink (with sweetener;
  • 7-10 Tbsp suitable for diabetics)
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Butter
  • 3 g Fructose
  • 1 knife tip ground cinnamon

Directions

    Defrost the berries. Bring milk and 5 tablespoons of water to the boil. Stir in semolina and let it swell for about 5 minutes on a low heat. Cool down a little. Sweeten with sweetener. Pour into a flat, coldly rinsed form and smooth out. Let it cool down

    Mix 1 tablespoon juice and starch until smooth. Boil up the rest of the juice and bind with the starch. Add the berries and cook for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with sweetener

    Turn out the semolina from the tin and cut it into approx. 3 pieces. Fry in hot butter until golden brown on each side. Mix fruit sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle semolina slices with it and arrange on the berries
