Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 2 Candy bar with peanuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp (à 60 g; e.g. Snickers)
  • 30 g unsalted peanuts
  • 125 g soft butter/margarine
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 75 g demerara sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 3 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 225 g Flour
  • 2 heaped Tsp baking powder
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 24-36 (5 cm Ø) Paper baking cups

Directions

    Coarsely chop the chocolate bars and peanuts. Beat the fat, salt, sugar and vanillin sugar until creamy. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in portions with the milk. Fold chocolate bar pieces and peanuts into the dough

    Place 2 paper baking cups in the recesses of the muffin baking tray (for 12 pieces). Pour in the dough. If there is no muffin baking tray: Put 3 paper baking cups into each other (muffins become flatter)

    Bake muffins in a hot oven (electric range: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool down
